The High Performance Coaching programme offers the ultimate Mind & Body transformation. Strategically combining the three CORE PILLARS of Danny Gosshawk Coaching; Exercise, Mindset & Nutrition you will be provided mentoring and support to achieve your greatest health & fitness goals.

 

Each of the three core pillars is tailored to your personal fitness goals whether that's weight-loss, injury rehabilitation or strength & conditioning and is done to the highest levels of accountability including weekly GOAL SETTING, PROGRESS REVIEWS, and VIDEO COACHING CALLS.

This 12 week programme provides not only an intense 4 week introduction where you will experience the feeling of achieving BIG RESULTS and fast, but an additional 8 weeks of strengthening pre-existing healthy habits, progressed strength training coaching and support in achieving consistent, sustainable long-term RESULTS.
